高职院校物联网应用技术人才创新能力培养研究

On Cultivating the Internet Innovation Ability of Application Technology in Higher Vocational Colleges

创新是社会发展和民族进步的不竭动力,创新人才培养是高职教育的圣神使命,如何培养学生的创新能力,提高人才质量,是高职院校当前面临的重要课题之一。本文分析了高职院校创新人培养的现状,以物联网应用技术专业人才创新能力培养为例,从如何营造创新氛围、培养创新意识、增强创新活力、形成创新机制等方面提出了大学生创新能力培养的路径。

Innovation is an inexhaustible motive force of social development and progress and the cultivation of innovation talents the holy mission for higher vocational education. How to train students＇ ability to innovate and improve the quality of talents is an important task that higher vocational colleges have to face now. This paper analyzes the current situation of the cultivation of creative talents in higher vocational colleges and takes an example of cultivating the innovation ability talents of Internet of things application technology, from the aspect about how to create a creative atmosphere, cultivate innovative consciousness, strengthen innovation vitality, form a innovation mechanism, offering methods of training college students＇ innovation ability.
