摘要 随着电网和电力通信网规模的不断扩大,骨干频率同步网暴露出诸多问题,给电力通信网甚至电网带来了很大的安全隐患。从电力骨干频率同步网现状入手,对目前频率同步网络建设的设计深度、同步网路节点设置、定时链路组织与传输网同步安排、通信设备同步接入规范性和同步网络维护管理进行深入分析,对目前同步网络存在问题进行全面论述,并从技术应用发展、技术标准发展、结构调整及网络演进、安全可靠性和运行维护管理等几个方面论述电力骨干频率同步网改造的必要性。 With the expanding scale of power grid and power telecommunication network, problems of electric power backbone frequency synchronization network have appeared, which brought severe security risks to the power grid and power telecommunication network. This paper starts from the introduction of current situation of electric power backbone frequency synchronization network, then gives an in-depth analysis of the design depth of current frequency synchronization network construction, node settings of synchronization network, organization of timing link, synchronization arrangement for transmission network, standardization of communication equipments’ synchronization access and maintenance management of synchronization network, and comprehensive discussion of the existing problems of current synchronization network is made. The necessity of electric power backbone frequency synchronization network reform is also discussed from aspects of technology development and application, development of technology standards, structural adjustment, network evolution, safety and reliability and operation and maintenance management, etc.
