本文介绍了GE的Versa Max系列控制器和上位机Cimplicity HMI系统在空压机系统中应用的特点。在湖北黄石兴华生化有限公司空压机房的老空压机改造系统中,仅用原配件1/8的价格完成了一套空压机改造,成功运用了美国通用GE公司的Versa Max系列PLC替换掉了英格索兰的老式单片机控制系统,打破了英格索兰空压机换备品备件只能找他们的垄断行为,并且预留另一套改造用的点数,为以后改造不增加硬件只修改系统打下良好基础。而且用Ge Cimplicity HMI系统开发了上位机监控操作站,实现了之前只有就地操作没有远程监控操作和记录的模式。

And using Ge Cimplicity HMI system development of the host computer monitoring station, realized only in situ operation without remote monitoring operation and recording mode.
