摘要
以一氯乙酸和聚乙二醇为原料,采用溶液聚合法合成了聚氯代乙醇酸-聚乙二醇-聚氯代乙醇酸三嵌段共聚物,以傅立叶红外光谱(FT-IR)、核磁共振仪(1H-NMR)表征了共聚物的结构,由X射线衍射仪(XRD)测定了共聚物的结晶度为47.8%,差示扫描量热仪(DSC)结果表明共聚物中聚氯乙酸与聚乙二醇可以形成均相材料,有很好的相容性;通过端基氯含量法测定共聚物的数均相对分子质量为3326;水接触角测定结果表明聚乙二醇的引入有助于提高共聚物的亲水性。
With the ehloroacetic acid and polyethylene glycol as raw materials, the polychloroacetic acid-polyethylene glycol-polyehloroacetic acid (PCA-PEG-PCA) triblock copolymer was synthesized by solution polymerization. The structure of copolymer was characterized by FT-IR and H-NMR. The erystallinity of copolymer was 47.8% determined by XRD, and the result of DSC showed that the PCA and PEG were homogeneous with a good compatibility. The average molecular weight of PCA-PEG-PCA was 3326 determined by the terminal group chloride content method. The investigation of water contact angle showed that the introduction of PEG could improve the hydrophilieity of the copolymer.
