石墨烯负载金属氧化物对异氰酸酯基聚酰亚胺泡沫阻燃性影响的研究 被引量:2

Effects of Graphene Supported Metal Oxide Loading on the Flame Retardance of Isocyanate-based Polyimide Foams

摘要 通过向发泡料浆中直接加入石墨烯负载金属氧化物的方法制备了异氰酸酯基聚酰亚胺泡沫(IBPIF)。对所制备的金属氧化物进行了FT-IR和XRD表征,对所制备IBPIF材料进行了极限氧指数测试(LOI),同时将石墨烯和石墨烯负载金属氧化物对IBPIF材料阻燃性的影响进行了对比。结果表明,GNS可以提高IBPIF材料的阻燃性,金属氧化物可以催化材料降解成炭,提高阻燃效果。 By directly adding graphene supported metal oxide to the foam slurry, the isocyanate-based polyimide foam (IBPIF) was prepared. The graphene supported metal oxide was characterized by FTIR and XRD, and the limit oxygen index (LOI) of IBPIF materials was tested. The effects of graphene and graphene supported metal oxide on the flame retardance of IBPIF were compared. The results show that the flame retardance of IBPIF material can be improved by GNS, and the metal oxide can catalyze materials degradation into carbon, then improves the flame retardance.
