胶带在锂离子聚合物电池外部的应用

Application of Tape on the Outside of Polymer Lithium-ion Battery

摘要 胶带是生活中常见的材料也是现代工业生产中的重要材料,应用十分广泛。讨论了丙烯酸压敏胶带的绝缘和固定作用在锂离子聚合物电池外部的应用。针对应用中易出现的胶带翘起问题,分析了产生翘起的原因,介绍了适合的抗翘起产品。同时对比了聚酰亚胺、聚酯、聚丙烯作为胶带基材在耐温、耐电压上的性能,总结了这三种材料作为胶带在电池上的使用现状及成本,展望了胶带在锂电池外部应用的未来市场及研发方向。 Adhesive tape is a common material in daily life and also an important material in modern industrial production, it is used in many fields. The application of insulation and bonding of acrylic pressure-sensitive adhesive tape which used on the outside of polymer lithium-ion battery was discussed. Against the unwrap frequent occurrence in application, the cause has been found, anti flagging products has been introduced. At the same time, polyimide, polyester, polypropylene as the tape raw material have been contrasted the performance on the heat resistance and voltage resistance. The status and cost of three materials as tape used on the outside battery have been illustrated. The application and research direction in the future of the tape used on the battery were predicted.
