蔓越莓组培苗瓶外生根技术研究

对蔓越莓瓶外生根技术及移栽基质进行了研究,试验数据的方差分析结果表明:激素种类和激素浓度对生根率的影响均达到了极显著水平,采用生根粉1000mg/L处理的效果最佳,生根率可达90.0%,四种基质间的差异达到了极显著水平,以珍珠岩:草炭土=1:1效果最好。
