一种适用于大规模智能电能表检测的密码机集群方案

摘要 智能电能表的检测过程必须使用电能计量密码机,随着检测规模的不断扩大,密码机在智能电能表检测中扮演的角色也越发重要,直接关系到检测过程是否能够正常高效地开展。由于密码机系统自身不具有完备的集群解决方案,在应对大规模检测场景时,往往需要人工对检测装置进行分组和管理,存在效率低和管理难等不足。文章介绍了一种适用于大规模智能电能表检测的密码机集群方案,具有自动故障转移和负载均衡等特点,能够有效提升密码机的使用率、提高大规模智能电能表检测的效率、降低管理难度。 The verification of intelligent energy meter must use the electric energy measuring cipher machine, with the constant enlargement, the role of the cipher machine in the meter verification is more and more important. Because the cipher machine system does not have a perfect cluster solution in response to large-scale scenarios, it often need manually grouping and management of the verification device, low efficiency and is difficult to manage. In this paper, we introduce a cipher machine cluster solution that suits to large-scale intelligent energy meter verification, with automatic fail over and load balancing. This solution can effectively enhance the cipher machine utilization rate, enhance the verification efficiency, and reduce the difficulty of management.
