高效液相色谱法测定太太美容口服液中芍药苷含量

Determination of Paeoniflorin Content in Taitai Meirong Oral Liquid by HPLC

采用高效液相色谱法建立了太太美容口服液中芍药苷含量的测定方法,即色谱柱为intersil型ODS-3柱(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),流动相为甲醇-0.4%冰醋酸(31∶69),流速为1.0 mL/min,检测波长为230 nm。结果表明,芍药苷的线性范围为0.098 9~0.989μg,R^2=0.999 9,平均回收率为100.2%(n=9),相对标准偏差为1.1%。该方法简便、快速、专属性好,可用于太太美容口服液的品质控制。

To establish a high performance liquid chromatography （HPLC） method for the determination of the paeoniflorin content in Taitai meirong oral liquid. The chromatographic column is the intersil ODS-3 column （250 mm× 4.6 mm, 5 μm） and the mobile phase is methanol - 0.4% glacial acetic acid （31 ： 69） . The detection wavelength is at 250 nm and the flow rate is 1.0 mL/min. The sample size of paeoniflorin within the range of 0.098 9-0.989 μg exhibited the good linear relation （R2=0.999 9） and the average recovery rate is 100.2% （n=9） , RSD=1.1%. This method is simple, rapid and accurate, which is suitable for the quality control of Taitai meirong oral liquid.
