广西独立学院食品专业生源结构与就业特点分析

Study on Recruitment Structure and Employment Characteristics of Students in Food Major of Guangxi Independent Colleges

探讨食品专业生源结构和毕业生就业特点,为食品专业更好地服务地方食品产业提供参考。以广西科技大学鹿山学院食品专业本科生入学数据和就业数据为基础,进行计算分析。结果表明,就读食品专业的学生人数和女生比例呈逐年增加趋势,其中大部分来自广西区外和城镇;食品专业毕业生主要回生源地食品企业和非食品企业就业,但在广西就业的比例明显低于广西区外的。可见,食品专业毕业生就业去向与其来源密切相关。

The recruitment structure and employment destination of students are studied, in order to provide references for food major to better serve the local food industry. Using enrolment date and employment date of students in food major of Lushan College of Guangxi University science and technology as studied material, and all dates are calculated and analyzed. The results show that, enrolments and percentage of girl in food major showed increasing trend, and most of the students from other domestic regions outside Guangxi and urban. Most graduates of food major go to work in food enterprises and non food enterprises of home town, but the percentage of employment in Guangxi is obviously lower than that in other domestic regions outside Guangxi. Therefore, the employment destination of students is closely related to their source.
