摘要
面对食品行业对食品添加剂的需求量日益增大和频发的食品添加剂安全问题,现有的食品添加剂专业人才培养模式不能解决上述问题,必须对"食品添加剂"课程的教学进行反思。针对"食品添加剂"教学过程落后生产、理论与实践脱节、课时偏少等问题,提出相应的改革途径,以期适应现代社会对本科院校食品专业人才的需求。通过对"食品添加剂"课程教学改革探索,教学效果显著提高,且学生的兴趣和实践能力等明显增加,以期满足食品添加剂行业对专业人才的需求。
In the face of growing demand for Food Additives and food safety of food additive, the mode of talent cultivation can not solve the above problems. We must rethink the teaching course. Undeveloped production, the separation of educational theory from educational practice, limited teaching hours of food additives teaching process are explored, in order to adapt to the modern society to application-oriented institutions food professional innovation talented person's demand. After the teaching innovation about Food Additives Course, the interests of students, practical ability are obviously enhanced to meet the renuirements of food additives.
