PBL教学模式在“果酒酿造学”教学中的应用效果评价

摘要 通过比较基于问题学习法(PBL)和传统教学法在"果酒酿造学"教学中的应用效果,探讨PBL教学模式在"果酒酿造学"教学中的应用效果。经过调查问卷和考试成绩的统计与分析,结果表明PBL教学模式能更有效地提高学生的学习兴趣、自主学习能力、语言表达能力、实践能力和团队意识,同时可显著提高学生的学习成绩。PBL教学模式有利于全面提高"果酒酿造学"课程教学质量,因此PBL教学法适用于"果酒酿造学"本科教学。 Effectiveness of problem-based learning (PBL) and the traditional teaching method in teaching oi Fruit Wine Brewing Science is compared in this study, aiming to explore the application effectiveness of PBL mode in Fruit Wine Brewing Science teaching. The statistics and analysis of the results of questionnaire and examination suggest that PBL teaching mode can improve the students' interest in learning, autonomous learning ability, language expression ability, practical ability and team consciousness effectively, as well as significantly improve students' scores. PBL teaching make benefits to improve the teaching quality of Fruit Wine Brewing Science. Therefore, PBL teaching method is suitable for the undergraduate teaching of Fruit Wine Brewing Science.
