摘要
根据压瓦机控制系统的组成和特点,研究了控制系统采用PLC+触摸屏+伺服的方案,介绍了其工作原理,生产流程及控制方式,因其具有更高的响应速度,位置控制精度的优点,从而大大提高了生产效率与产品精度,通过大量现场应用,验证了该方案的优越性和稳定性。
According to the composition and characteristics of pressure tile machine control system,was studied by PLC＋ touch screen ＋ servo control system,this paper introduces the working principle,production process and control method,because it has a higher response speed,precision position control,thus the production efficiency and the product accuracy is greatly improved,through a large number of the field application,verify the superiority and stability of the scheme.
