摘要
水驱油藏特高含水后期,油田含水处于快速上升阶段,提高排液量,放大生产压差将是减缓产量递减的重要手段。针对常规潜油电泵工艺技术存在举升成本高、能耗大、效率低等问题,提出大泵高效提液技术解决措施,介绍了φ105毫米大直径抽油泵高效采油工艺技术的设计原则、结构组成、工作原理、以及在孤东油田的现场应用情况,并对应用效果和综合效益作了评价分析。实践证明,该技术能完全满足水驱油藏开发中后期稳产和提高采收率所需要的提液技术要求,是一种新型高效油井提液技术,且具有低成本开采工艺技术特点,能有效解决电潜泵大排量提液所存在的举升成本高、能耗大、效率低等问题。
The later stage of high water cut reservoir,the water cut in oil field is in a rapid rising stage,and the drainage volume is increased,which is an important means to enlarge the production pressure and reduce the production decline.Lifting high cost,high energy consumption and low efficiency problem exists in conventional submersible electric pump technology proposed large pump,extract technology solutions,Phi 105 mm diameter pumping oil pump,oil recovery technology with the design principle,structure composition,working principle,and field application in Gudong oilfield is introduced,and the application effect and comprehensive benefit evaluation method for the.Practice has proved that this technology can fully meet the water flooding reservoir development in the later period of stable and enhanced oil recovery to extract technology requirements,is a new type of high efficient oil well provided fluid technology,and has low cost in mining technology characteristics,can effectively solve the electric submersible pump displacement extract stored in lifting the high cost,large energy consumption and low efficiency.
