摘要
为了解决传统变频恒压供水系统中压力传感器带来的问题,通过将泵特性内置变频器,设计建立了一种无压力传感器的变频恒压供水系统。系统取消了对传感器的依赖,实现了所有部件的真正集成,同时消除了传感器故障的风险,增加了可靠性,并且降低了成本与维护难度。
In order to solve the problems caused by the pressure sensor in the traditional variable frequency constant pressure water supply system,a constant pressure water supply system with frequency conversion and constant pressure is designed and built by using the characteristic of the pump.The system eliminates the dependence on the sensor,realize the true integration of all components,while eliminating the risk of sensor failure,increased reliability,and reduce the cost and maintenance of difficulty.
