下颌升支高度推断新疆汉族青少年年龄的研究

Age estimation by measurement of adolescents' s mandibular ramus length using Han population in Xinjiang

摘要 目的建立下颌骨升支高度推断活体年龄的方法。方法收集新疆汉族6-20岁青少年(男113名,女124名)拍摄的头颅侧位片,测量下颌骨升支高度(Co-Go),使用SPSS21.0统计软件建立数据库,进行简单线性回归分析,建立年龄推断方程。结果通过直线相关分析,结果显示年龄与下颌升支高度具有相关性(r=0.80,P<0.001)建立年龄(Y)与下颌升支高度(X)回归方程:Y=-18.516+0.059X。结论通过测量头颅侧位片中下颌升支的高度可进行年龄推断,将为新疆地区牙科法医学在活体年龄推断领域提供参考依据。 Objective To establish a method for the choronological age estimation of an alive individual by measured mandibular ramus length. Methods Mandibular ramus length(Co-Go)of 237(113 males and 124 females)lateral cephalometric radiographs from Han adolescents(between 6 and 20 years of age) in Xin Jiang, were measured using Winceph 8.0 software. The statistical database and formula to determine choronological age was calculated using linear regression analysis with the help of SPSS 21.0 statistical analysis software. Results Correlation between the ramus length and chronological age was confirmed by employing the static test of Pearson which showed r =0.80 with P0.001.So the regression equation to calculate the choronological age was estabilished as: Y(age)=-18.516 +0.059X(X =mandibular ramus length). Conclusion The calculated equation is a reliable method of choronological age estimation using mandibular ramus length and the presented age. It can offer reference values for Frensic Odontology in an age estimation of living population at the Xinjiang, China.
