补肾固齿丸对中老年慢性牙周炎患者龈沟液中TNF-α和IL-10的影响 被引量:6

Effect of Bushenguchiwan on TNF-α and IL-10 levels in gingival crevicular fluid of middle-aged and elderly patients with chronic periodontitis

摘要 目的通过检测龈沟液中TNF-α和IL-10的变化,探讨补肾固齿丸配合牙周基础治疗对中老年慢性牙周炎的治疗效果。方法 100例伴有骨质疏松的中老年慢性牙周炎患者随机分两组,对照组给予牙周基础治疗,试验组在对照组基础上采用口服补肾固齿丸治疗,4g/次,2次/日,连服3个月。在牙周基础治疗前和用药结束后,检测牙周临床指标并测定患者龈沟液中TNF-α和IL-10的含量。结果治疗后两组患者的牙周炎症状况均有明显改善,且试验组龈沟液中IL-10的含量高于对照组(P<0.05),TNF-α的含量低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论补肾固齿丸配合牙周基础治疗对中老年慢性牙周炎的疗效优于单纯牙周基础治疗组,可能与补肾固齿丸能促进牙槽骨新骨形成、降低炎症因子有关。 Objective To investigate the effect of Bushenguchi pill assisted periodontal initial therapy on TNF-αand IL-10 in the middle-aged and elderly patients with chronic periodontitis. Methods 100 middle-aged and elderly patients with chronic periodontitis and osteoporosis were selected and randomly divided into study group and control group. All patients in two groups received periodontal initial therapy, and patients in study group received Bushenguchi pill, 4g/times, 2 times/day. TNF-α and IL-10 levels in gingival crevicular were measured before initial therapy and after the end of therapy, and periodontal clinical index was examined. Results There was significant difference between the two groups. Periodontal probing depth(PPD) and attachment level(PAL), and the IL-10 level in study group were higher than in control group(P 〈0.05), and the TNF-α in study group was lower than in control group(P 〈0.05).Conclusion Being related to promoting alveolar bone formation and reducing inflammation factors, Bushenguchiwan with periodontal therapy group on the middle-aged and elderly patients with chronic periodontitis and osteoporosis was better than the control group.
