牙列缺损伴牙颌畸形的正畸与修复联合治疗效果观察

Observations on the effects of orthodontic treatment combined with restoration of the dentofacial deformity

目的观察正畸与修复联合治疗牙列缺损合并牙颌畸形的临床效果。方法选择牙列缺损合并牙颌畸形患者140例,A1观察组70例,采用的治疗方法为正畸与修复联合治疗的方法;A2对照组70例,采用的治疗方法为正畸治疗的方法;对两组牙列缺损合并牙颌畸形患者临床治疗满意度以及治疗总有效率实施观察。结果 A1组总有效率为98.57%,A2组为64.29%,A1组高于A2组;A1组牙列缺损合并牙颌畸形患者治疗满意度为98.57%,A2组为67.14%,A1组高于A2组。结论临床选择正畸与修复联合治疗的方法针对牙列缺损合并牙颌畸形患者进行治疗,可以将单一治疗表现出的局限性有效消除,获得更好的修复效果。

Objective To observe the clinical effects of the patients who used orthodontic combined with restoration methods for treating dentition defect and malocclusion. Methods Chose 140 patients who were treated dentition defect with dentofacial deformity as the study objects. In group A1, the observation group,70 patients were treated with the combination treatment of orthodontic and restoration. As for the 70 patients in group A2, only the orthodontic treatment was used. After that, we observed the overall treatment satisfaction and the treatment effectiveness rate. Results The total effectiveness rate of group A was 98.57%, and group A2 was 64.29%. The total effectiveness rate of group A1 was significantly higher than that of group A2. The patients＇ treatment satisfaction rate from group A was 98.57%. In group A2, it was 67.14%. The patients＇ treatment satisfaction rate from group A was significantly higher than that of group A2. Conclusion The clinical effects for the treatment of the combination of orthodontic and restoration for treating patients with dentition defect and malocclusion can effectively eliminate the limitation for the single treatment and then achieve a better restoration effect.
