摘要
基于文献研究构建学生课业负担的影响因素分析框架,继而使用北京市10050名五年级学生和9823名八年级学生调查数据构建模型,结果发现,学校越重视排名、班级竞争氛围越浓,学生课业负担感受越重;班级学习氛围越浓、教师教育教学效果越好、教师期望越高、个体学习兴趣越强,学生课业负担感受越轻;师生关系越密切,教师对学生期望越高,越有利于降低学生课业负担感受。研究建议学校更新教育理念,关注学生学习兴趣培养;教师应积极创设良好的师生关系,提高课堂教学实效,切实减轻学生课业负担。
This study investigated the relevant factor influencing students' academic burden based on the literature review. And it also constructed schools pay more attention on students' regression model based on the data of Beijing. The findings show that if achievement ranking, classes have more competitive climate ,and the students'feeling of academic burden will be more heavy. Moreover, the closer the relationship between teachers and students, the teacher's expectation will have more impact to reduce' students' subjective feelings on academic burden. Therefore, this study recommend that schools should abandon the traditional ideas of exam- orientation, pay more attention on developing students'learning interest and teachers should create good relationship to students, improve the effectiveness of class teaching and thus reduce the academic burden on students.
