摘要 针对航天产品尺寸大、重量大的特点,为满足其质量特性测量需求,以气浮轴承型质量特性测量设备为基础,设计了一种基于L型翻转工装的质量特性测量系统,水平测量时无需二次吊装,极大提高了测量精度与测量效率,实现了某型号产品的质心及转动惯量的三轴测量。 According to the characteristics of aerospace products which have large size and big weight, to meet the demand of mass properties measurement, based on the gas bearing type of the mass properties measuring instruments, this paper introduces a mass properties measuring system which is based on L tooling. Because its level measurement does not need the secondary lifting, it greatly improves the accuracy of measurement and efficiency of measurement. It realizes three-axis measurement of certain products' center of gravity and moment of inertia.
