摘要 基于三维热传导分析理论,对阵列式多层热防护结构开展瞬态热传导分析,获得热防护结构的温度场分布情况。采用数值模拟方法,建立了一套适合于阵列式多层热防护结构的优化设计流程。以热防护结构的重量为目标函数、热防护结构中各个零件的尺寸为设计变量,完成了热结构重量的优化设计。经过优化后,阵列式热防护结构的重量减少了18.0%,减重效果明显。 Based on analytical theory of three dimension heat transfer, the finite element model was established to simulate the transient heat transfer of the array multilayer thermal protect structure (TPS). The temperature fields of the TPS were obtained. The numerical method was used to set up a optimization design process that was fit for the array multilayer TPS. Furthermore, the optimization design of TPS weight was processed to acquire the optimized results. The design variables were the sizes of each part of subassembly. Compared with the former, the result was satisfactory and the weight of the array multilayer TPS was reduced by 18.0%.
