摘要
针对航天产品"多品种、小批量"的特点,通过产品现状诊断分析和分组技术,设计了壳体机加生产单元布局,利用数值分析实现了单元内生产节拍的平衡,并运用仿真分析技术对壳体生产单元进行了仿真分析。壳体机加生产单元显著缩短了产品流转周期,提升了车间产能,为壳体生产单元设计中的关键技术问题给出了实现思路。
According to the characteristics of multi varieties and small batch of aerospace products, and through present situation diagnosis and grouping technology, the manufacturing cells layout was designed. Numerical analysis was realized to achieve the balance of the production rhythm, and the simulation analysis technology has carried on to the shell manufacturing cells. The result of the simulation analysis shows that the shell manufacturing cells significantly shorts the product turns cycle, improves production capacity of the workshop, and the implementation approach of the key technology in design of shell manufacturing cells is given.
