摘要
以双组分硅橡胶为基体,以白炭黑、短切碳纤维、ZrO_2为填料,制备了耐烧蚀硅橡胶复合材料。研究了硅橡胶基体、短切碳纤维、ZrO_2的含量对硅橡胶复合材料力学性能和耐烧蚀性能的影响,并确定了耐烧蚀硅橡胶复合材料的最佳配方:VMQ50份,PVMQ50份,气相白炭黑20份,ZrO_215份,9mm短切碳纤维10份。研究显示,耐烧蚀硅橡胶在氧乙炔火焰烧蚀下,形成了表面层、碳化层、热解层和基体层,其中表面层和碳化层起着耐烧蚀、抗氧化和热防护的作用。
Ablation resistant silicon rubber composite material were prepared using two component silicone rubber as matrix, silica, short carbon fiber, ZrO2 as filler. The effect of the content of phenyl silicon rubber, short carbon fiber and ZrO: on ablative performance and mechanical properties of the composites were studied. The optimum formula of the silicone rubber composite was determined: VMQ for 50, PVMQ for 50, silica for 20, ZrO2 for 15 and short carbon fiber of 9mm for 10. The results show that the surface layer, carbonized layer, pyrolysis layer and substrate layer were formed under oxygen acetylene flame ablation. And the surface layer and carbonized layer play an important role of resistance to ablation, oxidation and thermal protection.
