摘要
综述代谢组学与中医证候的相关性研究进展及液质联用方法的应用现状及客观评价。检索相关文献,探讨代谢组学与中医证候"肝""肾""肺""气血""寒""热""湿"的相关性,并介绍液质联用方法的应用条件,包括血液预处理、高效液相技术、质谱技术的条件选择,阐述了其在代谢组学研究中的重要作用。
This paper reviewed the research progress on the correlation between metabonomics and TCM syndrome and the application status and objective evaluation of High Performance Liquid Chromatography-Mass Spectrometry（ HPLC-MS） method.Through the search of related literatures,the correlation between metabonomics and TCM syndrome,such as liver,kidney,lung,qi-blood,cold,heat and dampness,were discussed and the application conditions of HPLC-MS were introduced,including sample preparation,condition selection of HPLC and MS,which play an important role in metabonomics.
