为职业教育与时俱进的一生——论黄炎培的职业教育心路历程

Huang Yanpei and his lifelong devotion to the vocational education

黄炎培的一生,特别是在新中国成立前,一直对教育特别是职业教育有着极深的感情和付出。他对职业教育的引入,对职业教育理论的探讨以及对职业教育的实践,随时代而变化;特别是九一八事变后,国难当头,他将职业教育与抗战救亡紧密联系;全面抗战爆发后,他积极从事抗战救亡运动;抗战胜利后,他追求民主,主张和平,反对内战;新中国成立后,他担任国家重要领导职务。然而作为爱国主义者和政治活动家,黄炎培在从事政治活动时,基于他所钟情的教育与政治的关系的认识,时时萦怀着教育,特别是从没有离开过职业教育。

Huang Yanpei is well known for his lifelong devotion and enthusiasm for the vocational edu- cation, in particular, at the eve of the founding of the People＇s Republic of China in relation to vocational education theories and practices. He associates vocational education with anti-Japanese patriotism at the 918 incident and after the breakout of anti--Japanese war. His post--war efforts are reflected in his pur-suit of democracy, peace, and opposition against civil wars. He continually makes efforts to the promotion of vocational education either as a government leader or as a patriot.
