摘要
利用GXA型高温熔点测试仪研究了CaF2的含量对渣系熔点的影响,并在15kg真空感应炉中进行了深脱硫试验,试验结果表明:渣系碱度为12,w(Al2O3)为25%,w(CaF2)为6%,w(MgO)为6%时的脱硫效果最高,达到86.8%,w(S)降到0.00133%;CaF2能使炉渣熔点直线下降,在渣中加入4%~6%的CaF2时,可以满足熔点低、成渣速度快的要求.
The effect of CaF2 content on the melting point of the slag is studied by use of GXA type high temperature melting point tester. And the deep desulfurization test is carried out in 15kg vacuum induction furnace. The experimental results show that when the slag basicity is 12, Omega( Al2O3 ) is 25%, both Omega ( CaF2 ) and omega (MgO) are 6%, the desulfurization effect is the highest, reaching 86.8%, w (S) reduces to 0. 00133%. The CaF2 can make the melting point straight down when adding 4%~ 6% CaF2 in the slag, the requirements of low melting point and fast slag forming speed can be met.
