摘要
分析了45Mn2钢的冷加工性能特点,介绍了在辊底式连续热处理炉中采用低于Ac1以下温度加热和保温后出炉空冷的热处理工艺,对45Mn2汽车半轴套管的再制品进行热处理,可以满足冷拔制的要求。
The cold processing performance characteristics of 45Mn2 steel are analyzed. And the continuous heat treatment furnace with less than Acl temperature of heating and heat preservation furnace air cooling technology in roller hearth are introduced. Re - products of 45Mn2 automobile half shaft sleeve are heat treated which can meet the requirements of cold drawing.
