摘要
对光谱仪自带硫曲线进行复制和扩展,确定了试验制样加工方法和分析条件,利用ARL4460光电直读光谱仪检测易切削钢中的硫元素含量,高硫准确检测范围达到0.050%~0.300%.与高频红外碳硫结果对照,该方法有较高的准确度和精密度,相对标准偏差小于2.40%,满足了炼钢生产对硫元素的快速检测需求.
The spectrometer sulfur curves are replicated and extended, the test sample preparation processing method and analysis conditions are determined. The sulfur content in free cutting steel is detected by ARL4460 photoelectric spectrometer, high sulfur detection reaches 0.050% ~ 0.300%. Compare it with the results of high frequency infrared carbon sulfur, this method had higher accuracy and precision, relative standard deviation is less than 2.40%, which meet the needs of rapid detection of steel production on sulfur.
