超临界CO_2流体萃取法和水蒸气蒸馏法提取小叶女贞挥发油的GC-MS分析 被引量:3

摘要 [目的]研究不同方法提取小叶女贞中的挥发油成分,比较其在化学成分和含量上的差异。[方法]分别采用超临界CO_2流体萃取法(SFE-CO2)和水蒸气蒸馏法(SD)提取小叶女贞中的挥发油成分,并运用GC-MS分离和分析2种挥发油的化学成分,采用峰面积归一化法确定各组分的相对含量。[结果]采用SFE-CO_2提取的挥发油共鉴定出89种成分,占挥发油总成分的83.79%;采用SD提取的挥发油共鉴定出17种成分,占挥发油总成分的77.22%。[结论]2种提取方法所得的挥发油组分与含量差异很大,为小叶女贞挥发油的进一步开发应用提供了理论依据。 [Objective] The chemical constituents of essential oil from Ligustrum quihoui Carr. by different extraction methods were analyzed and compared. [Method] The essential oil from Ligustrum quihoui Carr. was extracted by supercritical fluid extraction( SFE-CO2) and steam distillation( SD). The constituents were separated and identified from the essential oil by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry( GC-MS). The relative percentage of the constituents was calculated by area normalization method. [Result] The results showed that 89 and 17 compounds,which occupied 83. 79% and 77. 22% of total essential oil constituents,were identified by SFE-CO2 and SD respectively. [Conclusion] The constituents and content of essential oil extracted by two methods exhibited significant differences. These results will provide experimental basis for the further exploitation of essential oil from Ligustrum quihoui Carr.
