摘要
双语教师是发展民族教育事业的第一资源与核心要素,没有好的双语老师,就没有好的教育质量。反观我国民族地区基础教育的发展,师资力量的不足与不合格是限制和影响其发展的根本原因。尤其是民族教育中学前双语教师的专业发展问题,已成为影响少数民族地区启蒙教育发展的瓶颈。鉴于此,本文意图厘清目前南疆学前双语教师专业发展的突出问题,并在此基础上提出可行的解决之策。
Bilingual teachers are the first resources and the core elements of the development of the national education. Reviewing the development of basic education in minority areas of our country, shortage and unqualified of teachers is the fundamental reason for limiting and affect its development.Especially the professional development of Preschool bilingual teachers has become a bottleneck affecting the development of elementary education in Ethnic Minority Regions,In view of this, this paper attempt to clarify the current outstanding problems in preschool bilingual teachers' professional development in southern xinjiang, and then proposes the solution feasible.
