基于“互联网+”的黑龙江省农业产业发展研究

Study on the Development of Agricultural Industry in Heilongjiang Based on Internet+

基于"互联网+农业"较传统农业在农业生产、农产品营销、信息传递等方面存在的优势,针对黑龙江省"互联网+农业"建设取得的成果及面临的挑战,建议将黑龙江省资源优势与互联网相结合,同时增强农民网络意识、培养高素质专业人才、加快农村电信基础设施和现代化农村物流体系建设,以期推进黑龙江省"互联网+农业"的发展。

Compared with traditional agriculture,Internet ＋ agriculture has many incomparable advantages in agricultural production,agricultural products marking and information transmission. Aiming at the achievements and challenges in construction of Internet ＋ agriculture,it was suggested that we should combine resource advantages of Heilongjiang with Internet,improve farmers＇ net consciousness,develop high-quality professional talents,accelerate the construction of rural telecommunication infrastructure and modern rural logistics system to promote the development of Internet ＋ agriculture in Heilongjiang.
