摘要
乡村旅游蓬勃发展竞争激烈,有必要建立一套合理的乡村旅游游客忠诚度驱动模型,以推动乡村旅游有序发展。借鉴顾客忠诚、旅游忠诚、乡村旅游的相关研究成果,文章提出了价值对比、游客满意度、目的地情感、求新求异驱力等4大乡村旅游驱动因素,并对每个因素的子驱动因子进行了阐述,提出了包含子驱动因子的乡村旅游忠诚驱动模型构想。
The fierce competition in rural tourism makes it necessary to establish a motivation model for rural tourists for the sake of rural tourism’s sustainable growth. Based on research on customer loyalty, tourism loyal-ty and rural tourism, this paper suggests four motivation elements: value comparison, customer satisfaction, attachment to destination, innovation drive, etc. The sub-drives for each element are also explored. The paper finally speculates on rural tourist’s loyalty model.
