摘要
按照应用型本科院校特点,食品安全学课程教学应以培养应用技术型专业人才为目的。文章分析了食品安全学教学现状,提出了提升教师授课水平、注重教材与参考资料的结合、构建点线面课程体系、采取实时案例教学和改革考核方式等建议,以提高食品安全学教学质量。
According to the features of application-oriented universities, Food Safety course is intended to train professionals in applied technology. This paper analyzes the current situation of the teaching of food safety be-fore suggesting quality-improving strategies such as promoting teachers’ teaching level, combining textbooks with reference materials, building point-line-surface course system, adopting real-time cases, and reforming e-valuation approaches etc.
