摘要 目的探讨人白细胞抗原G(HLA-G)、E26转录因子-1(Est-1)和基质金属蛋白酶9(MMP-9)的表达与胎儿停育的相关性。方法收集2013年6月至2015年6月收治的42例胎儿停育患者作为实验组,选取行人工流产的42例作为对照组。采用聚合酶链式反应(PCR)扩增的方法检测两组中HLA-G和Ets-1在mRNA的表达变化,对比两组中的差异。采用SP免疫组化的检测方法检测MMP-9在两组中的表达情况。结果实验组中,绒毛组织中HLA-G mRNA的表达阳性者为32例,占76.19%。对照组绒毛组织中HLA-G mRNA的表达100%。实验组中HLA-G mRNA的表达阳性率显著低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组均检测出Est-1 mRNA和MMP-9的表达,实验组中其表达量显著高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论子宫内膜绒毛组织中HLA-G的不表达以及Ets-l和MMP-9的高表达可能会导致胚胎停育的发生。 Objective To investigate the correlation between the fetal stop infertility and the anomaly expression of HLA-G,Ets-1and MMP-9.Methods Fetal stop infertility cases totaling 42 cases were selected as the study group,42 cases of induced abortion were enrolled in the control group.PCR amplification method was performed to detect differences between groups in HLA-G and Ets-1 mRNA expression changes.SP immunohistochemical detection method was pereformed to detect MMP-9 in two variations and expression.The differences in the two groups were compared.Results In fetal stop infertility education group,HLA-G mRNA expression of 32 cases was positive,accounted for 76.19 % of the total.In the normal abortion group,the villi HLA-G mRNA expression was 100 %.The positive rate of HLA-G mRNA expression in the experimental group was significantly lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P〈0.05).The expression of Est-1 mRNA and MMP-9 were detected,but the expression in the embryos stop education group was significantly higher than that of abortion group.The difference was significant(P〈0.05).Conclusion Ets-l does not express HLA-G and the high expression of Ets-l and MMP-9 in endometrial villi may lead to the occurrence of fetal stop education.
