DPP4抑制剂对2型糖尿病患者的血糖、血脂、胰岛素、瘦素、SAA和白细胞介素的影响

Influence of DPP4 inhibitor on serum fasting blood glucose,blood liquid,insulin,leptin,SAA and interleukin in type 2 diabetes

目的探讨二肽基肽酶4(DPP4)抑制剂对2型糖尿病患者血糖、血脂、胰岛素、瘦素及淀粉样蛋白A(SAA)和白细胞介素(IL)的影响,为临床治疗提供参考。方法对2009年4月至2014年4月期间收治的240例2型糖尿病患者进行分析。所有患者随机分为4组:对照组(给予安慰剂)、二肽基肽酶抑制剂沙格列汀组(100 mg,qd)、维格列汀组(100 mg,qd)和西格列汀组(100 mg,qd),每组60例。治疗12周后观察各组患者血清血糖、血脂、胰岛素、瘦素、C反应蛋白(CRP)、同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)及SAA、IL水平的变化。结果与对照组患者相比,各组患者血清血糖、血脂、胰岛素、瘦素、CRP、Hcy水平均明显降低(P<0.05),且SAA和IL-2/6/10/18水平也明显降低,差异均有显著统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 DPP4抑制剂可能通过改善2型糖尿病患者异常的血糖、血脂、瘦素水平,缓解胰岛素抵抗和抑制机体炎症反应发挥糖尿病的改善作用。

Objective The investigate the influence of DPP4 inhibitor on serum fasting blood glucose,blood liquid,insulin,leptin,SAA and interleukin in type 2 diabetes.Methods 240 cases of type 2 diabetes patients in our hospital from Apr 2009 to Apr 2014 were analyzed.All the patients were divided into 4 groups：control group,Saxagliptin group,vildagliptin group and sitagliptin group.All the patients received corresponding drugs for 12 weeks.The serum fasting blood glucose,blood lipid,insulin,leptin,and SAA as well as interleukin was detected in each group.Results The serum fasting blood glucose,blood lipid,insulin,leptin and SAA,as well as interleukin were decreased greatly in drug intervention group when compared with control in a statistical differences（P〈0.05）.Conclusion DPP4 exerts an effect of alleviations in type 2diabetes by normalizing the serum blood sugar,blood liquid,leptin and insulin resistance as well as inflammatory.
