神经内镜下经鼻蝶入路手术切除垂体大腺瘤肿瘤的效果观察

Effect of endoscopic surgery for pituitary adenoma resection by endoscopic approach

目的观察神经内镜下经鼻蝶入路手术切除垂体大腺瘤肿瘤的临床效果。方法将70例垂体大腺瘤患者作为本次研究的对象,并按随机原则将其分研究组和对照组。研究组采用神经内镜经鼻蝶入路切除术治疗,对照组采用显微镜经鼻蝶入路切除术治疗。比较两组患者的临床疗效、手术情况和并发症发生情况。结果治疗后,研究组患者总有效(显效加有效)率为100%,对照组患者的总有效为85.71%。研究组临床疗效优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组的术中出血量、手术时间和住院时间均少于对照组,并发症发生率也低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用神经内镜下经鼻蝶入路切除手术治疗垂体大腺瘤肿瘤患者能有效减少其术中出血量,缩短其手术时间和住院时间,并减少并发症的发生。

Objective To observe the effect of surgical resection of pituitary adenomas by endoscopic approach of pituitary adenoma.Methods 70 cases of pituitary adenoma were treated as the objects of this study,and were divided into 35 cases of study group and control group according to the random principle.The study group and the control group were treated by endoscopic and endoscopic resection of the treatment,the two groups of patients with surgery and complications were compared.Results After treatment,the total effective（markedly effective plus effective） rate was 100% in the study group and 85.71% in the control group.The clinical efficacy of the study group was better than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant.The amount of bleeding,operation time and hospitalization time of the study group were less than those of the control group,the incidence of complications was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant（P0.05）.Conclusion The surgical treatment of pituitary tumor patients with large pituitary adenomas can effectively reduce the amount of bleeding,shorten the operation time and length of hospital stay,and reduce the occurrence of complications.
