氧化锌、环保芳烃油、均匀剂用量对气密层胶料影响的研究

氧化锌(Zn O),环保芳烃油(RAE),均匀剂(40MSF)分别充当了胶料中活化剂,软化剂和均匀剂。我们希望通过调整其用量来改善气密层(IL)胶料的性能,并使用正交实验法来确定其最佳配比。试验表明,40MSF/RAE/Zn O配比在2/13/2时,IL胶料能获得较好的门尼粘度、硫化速度和300%定伸模量。

Zinc oxide （ZnO）, environment-friendly aromatic oil （RAE） and homogenizing agent （40MSF） respectively as therubber activating agent, softeners and homogenizing agent. We hope to improve the performance of the inner liner （IL）compound by adjusting the amount of the material, and use the orthogonal experiment to determine the best ratio. Experimentsshow that the ratio of 40MSF/RAE/ZnO in 2/13/2, IL compound can obtain better biooney viscosity, curing rate and 300%tensile modulus.
