摘要 采用含阻燃剂DOPO反应型环氧树脂对原环氧树脂进行改性,并研究了高力学性能玻璃布对层压板性能的影响。结果表明:阻燃剂DOPO型环氧树脂能显著提高层压板的阻燃性能,当磷含量为1.5%时,环氧树脂玻璃布层压板阻燃等级达到UL 94-V0级;适量的加入高力学性能玻璃布,可以提高层压板的力学性能;制备的环氧树脂玻璃布层压板综合性能优异。 In this article, the original epoxy resin properties were modified by using of the reactive epoxy resin containing flame - retardant agent DOPO and the effect of high - mechanical - property glass cloth on the laminated board performances was researched respectively. The results show that: the flame - retardant property of the laminated board can be significantly improved by using of the epoxy resin containing flame retardant DOPO. When the mass fraction of phosphorus in epoxy resin is 1.5%, the flame - retardant level of the laminated board can reach to the UL 94 V - 0 level; the mechanical property of the laminated board can also be enhanced by appropriate adding of high - mechanical - property glass cloth. All in all, this kind of laminated board shows an excellent comprehensive performance.
