Research Progress of Preparing White Carbon Black from Bentonite

介绍了膨润土制备白炭黑的工艺流程,并对膨润土的酸活化过程和白炭黑的生产工艺进行了综述,重点探讨了酸活化脱除金属阳离子过程中酸的种类、水玻璃制备过程中碱的用量和碱溶时间,以及白炭黑生产工艺过程中和酸的类型、用量、反应时间、改性剂和分散剂的加入对白炭黑产率、结构和性能的影响,提出了研究发展的新方向。

The process of making white carbon black from bentonite was introdced. The technology of activation of bentonite andthe production of silica was reviewed. The factors affecting the productivity, structure and properties of silica was discussed. Thenew direction of research on producing micro - silica particle from bentonite was put forward.
