摘要
采用火焰原子吸收光谱法,测定工业硅中的杂质镍。讨论并确定了该方法的最佳测定条件。结果表明,镍的检出限为0.00036%,相对标准偏差小于3%,回收率为98%-99%。该方法简便快捷,适合工业硅中镍的测定。
The flame atomic absorption spectrometry was applied for the determination of nickel in silicon metal. The optimumconditions for the determination of the method are discussed and determined. The detecion limits of nickel is 0. 00036%, therelative standard deviation is less than 3%, the recovery of standard addition is 98% -99%. It was used in the determination ofnichel in silicon metal with satisfactory results.
