摘要
通过更为标准化的检测方法,缩小同一型号不同批次不饱和聚酯树脂生产过程中技术指标检测过程中产生的波动范围,分别对真空前酸值、真空后酸值、成品酸值、黏度、凝胶时间、放热峰及达到放热峰的时间等技术指标进行严格控制,文中重点介绍了黏度和凝胶时间的影响因素,保证每批树脂的化学性能和力学性能的稳定性。
In this paper, a more standardized detection method was used to reduce the fluctuation range in the production processof different batches of unsaturated polyester resin in the same batch. The ranges of acid value, vacuum acid value, acid value,viscosity , Gel time, exothermic peak and the time to reach exothermic peak and other technical indicators for strict control, thefactors influencing the viscosity and gel time were introduced, and the chemical and mechanical properties of each resin wereguaranteed.
