摘要 危险与可操作性研究(HAZOP)是一种用于辨识工艺危害、操作性可行性问题的定性分析方法。以安全工程为基础、关键词为引导,找出过程工况的偏差,分析偏差的原因,了解潜在事故后果,给出具有建设性的意见。通过危险工况演绎,了解潜在危险发生的原因以及带来的后果,提高对事故预防和控制的能力,从而消除工艺过程危害、避免事故发生。 Hazard and operability study (HAZOP) is a kind of qualitative analysis method used for identification of processhazards and operational feasibility problem. Based on safety engineering and guided by keywords, HAZOP can find out thedeviation of process conditions, analyze the reason of deviation, understand the potential accident consequences and give theconstructive opinions. Deducing dangerous working conditions, understanding the potential risk causes and consequences,improving the ability of prevention and control of accidents and harm, easily eliminates process hazards and avoids the accident.
