Prevention and Control of Supply Chain Risk in Electric Power Enterprise

介绍了电力企业的物力集约化供应链架构。对这种集约化供应链的风险进行了识别和分析。通过某电网企业的实例,介绍了风险识别和评估的全过程,并提出了电力企业供应链风险的应对方法。研究结果表明:电力企业物力集约化供应链风险中占比最多的是管理风险,其次是效率风险;重大风险主要集中在招标采购管理、采购合同管理以及需求计划管理中;并且招标采购管理以及采购合同管理和需求计划管理中,重大风险的比例较高。

The supply chain structure of power enterprises which involve material intensive management is introduced. The risk of this kind of intensive supply chain is identified and analyzed. Through an example of a power grid enterprise, this paper intro- duces the whole process of risk identification and evaluation, and puts forward the coping strategies to manage the supply chain risk. The results show that among the risks of the intensive supply chain of electric power enterprises, the management risk is dominant, followed by effective risk. The significant risks are mainly concentrated in the tendering and procurement management, procurement contract management as well as demand planning management. Furthermore. the proportion of significant risk in the tendering and procurement management, as well as procurement contract management and the demand planning management is rather high.
