具有公益性和寻利性的民办高校虽经多年淬炼,却依然受权力限度而话语阙如或式微,利益机会稀缺,且容易陷入发展的理性迷失和情绪的链式反应,故权利设定成为需求。话语权的异化与阙如成为民办高校发展不适的逻辑本质,话语权不仅是发展"手段",也是发展"目的"。域外考察发现,话语"本土化"才是民办高校话语权的一种正常表达与接受的适应。同时,权利设定与价值复归应成为民办高校话语权现实图景的选择向度。

the private colleges have the nature of public welfare and interest for their existence of many years, but still they have limit power, discourse right and profit opportunities. They easily lost in the development of rational and emotional chain reaction, so they demand right reset. The dissimilation of discourse right becomes the logic essence of the development of private colleges. The discourse right is not only the development ＂means＂, but also the development ＂purpose＂. Outside investigation shows that the＂localization＂ of discourse is the normal expression and adapted acceptance of the discourse right of non-governmental universities.At the same time, the right reset and the value return should be the choice and reality picture of private universities.
