炎症性疾病早期诊断与胰石蛋白的关系研究进展

Research progress of the relationship between the early diagnosis of inflammatory diseases and pancreatic stone protein

炎症在许多疾病的发生发展过程中起到重要作用,炎症性疾病的早期识别对提高治疗效果及降低死亡率有重要意义。因此,寻找敏感性及特异性高的炎性指标是炎症性疾病早期识别的关键。国内外研究者发现胰石蛋白与许多炎性疾病具有相关性。本文意在阐述炎症相关性疾病与胰石蛋白的关系,以期为临床疾病的早期识别及抗生素的选择使用提供一定的参考。

Inflammation plays an important role in the developing process of many diseases so that the early identification of inflammatory diseases can contribute a lot to improving treatment and reducing mortality. As a result, to find out the inflammatory indicator with high sensitivity and specificity will prove to be the primary determinant for the early identification of inflammatory diseases. Domestic and foreign researchers have found that pancreatic stone protein is closely related to many inflammatory diseases. The authors in this thesis have the intention to expound the relationship between inflammatory diseases and pancreatic stone protein for the purpose to provide reference for the early identification of clinical disease and the selection and use of antibiotics.
