摘要
文章通过阐述5S现场管理法的意义和内涵,提出了高职院校机电类实训室开展5S管理的措施和步骤,论述了5S执行的效果及过程中产生的问题。
Through the elaboration of the meaning and connotation of 5Smanagement method,this paper puts forward measures and steps to carry out 5Smanagement in higher vocational Electromechanical training room,and discusses the problems in the implementation process and its effect.
