高职大学生的全面发展是历史的需要,也是时代的要求。教育的目标是要把每个个体培养成人格内部各因素间和谐统一并全面发展的人,以达到个体的自我成长和自我实现。本文从人格的角度出发,以独特的视角探究高职大学生全面发展的内涵,并辨析了人格与全面发展之间的关系,让促使人格完善成为高职大学生全面发展的内驱力,在社会进步的历史背景下实现高职大学生全面发展与人格完善的同步和统一。

The comprehensive development of college students is the need of history,but also the requirement of the times.The goal of education is to cultivate a person with harmomy of inner factors and all-round development,so as to achieve their self growth and self realization.From the perspective of personality,this paper discusses the connotation of comprehensive development of vocational college students,and analyzes the relationships between personality and all-round development,to promote personality perfection to become the internal driving force of the comprehensive development of college students,achieving the synchronization and unity of students＇ personality perfection and comprehensive development.
