高职院校星级团支部创建方法探究——以福建水利电力职业技术学院电力1232班为例

Exploration on the Building of Star League Branch in Higher Vocational Collegess——Taking Class 1232 of Electric Power of Fujian College of Water Conservancy and Electric Power as an Example

星级团支部的创建活动是我院加强基层团组织建设、促进团工作创新的一次有益、成功的尝试。文章以福建水利电力职业技术学院电力1232班团支部为例,介绍了星级团支部创建的经验做法:一是打牢基础。包括创立团支部标志、重视思想建设、推进班风建设、加强学风建设等做法。二是争创品牌。支部建设需要突出特色,形成自身的品牌文化。文章介绍了素质拓展训练活动在增强支部凝聚力方面的成功经验。最后,总结了星级团支部创建的成功经验,包括强有力的队伍保障、明确的目标和完善的制度、创新的实践。

The building of star league branch is a beneficial and successful attempt in strengthening the building of grassroots organizations,and promoting the innovation of the work.Taking Class 1232 of Electric Power of Fujian College of Water Conservancy and Electric Power as an example,this paper describes the building method of star league branch：firstly,to lay a solid foundation,including the creation of league branch symbol,paying great attention on ideological building,the promotion of well class atmosphere,and improving studying atmosphere;secondly,to create brand.Branch construction needs to highlight the features,and forms their own brand culture.This paper describes successful experiences of quality development training activities in enhancing the cohesion of the branch.This paper sums up that successful building of the star league branch includes strong team support,clear goals,perfect system,and innovative practice.
