大学生就业准确定位是大学生就业不可忽视的问题,基于此,文章通过对大学生就业定位现状的分析,提出增强大学生就业准确定位的对策,以此为高职院校就业指导工作的科学开展提供有益参考。

College students setting themselves at right positions can not be ignored for graduates,based on this,through the analysis of status of employment positioning,this paper puts forward some countermeasures to improve students＇ employment situation,providing agood reference for employment guidance of higher vocational college.
