高师音乐教育在发展和改革中所需解决的几个问题

Some Problems in the Development and Reform of Higher Music Education

高师音乐教育是对从小学、中学到大学音乐师资培养教育的一个重要教育阶段,既要适应基础教育课程,又要适用于高师音乐教育专业毕业生就业需求。笔者任职西安音乐学院音乐教育系多年,在授课过程中深深体会到现有高师音乐教育在发展中仍存在瓶颈,多年以来各音乐教育院校的改革和实践努力尚不足以使高师音乐教育得以突破性地发展。笔者在本文中结合相关音乐教育理论和教学实践,尝试通过以下几点,促进高师音乐教育的发展。

Higher music education is an important stage for training music teachers from the primary school,middle school to university,which should not only adapt to basic education courses,but also to apply to the employment demand of higher music education graduates.Engaged in music education for many years in Xi＇an Music College,the author realizes that there are some bottlenecks in the development of higher music education.Over the years,the reform and practice efforts in different music colleges can not make a breakthrough development in higher music education.Therefore,combing with related music education theory and teaching practice,the author tries to promote the college music education development through the discussion of some problems.
